- Documents Apostille charges (INR 650/Document) is extra.
- Dummy Ticket and Schengen Travel Insurance of €50,000 is to be purchased by the student before VFS submission.
- €150 for Medical Check-up will be paid by student on Arrival.
- €150 CVU Appointment and INR 15,000 for Embassy Fee and VFS appointment to be borne by the student.
Documents Checklist
- All documents will be physically submitted to VFS and an interview will be secluded by the VFS later.

- Two passport size photos (35×45 mm, white background)
- Bank Statement and Balance Certificate (minimum €15,000 for 6 months)
- Debit Card of Applicant and Sponsor
- Sponsorship Affidavit with ID Proof
- Last 3 Years of Income Tax Return of Sponsor
- Signed Visa Application Form and GDPR Form.
- Signed Offer Letter and Accommodation Letter
- Travel medical insurance covering €30,000 for 1 year (Schengen)
- Dummy Flight Ticket
- Gap Justification or Work Experience Certificate (if any)
- Birth Certificate Birth affidavit – notarized English translation if required
- Medical Fitness Certificate (MBBS/MD Doctor)
- Police Clearance Certificate - PCC (Passport Office/SSP Office)
